Joe Good III Mount Pleasant, South Carolina
Joe Good, III is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, and the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, where he received his law degree. Joe has outstanding work experience prior to, and during law school, including law clerk experience at both the Hood Law Firm in Charleston, SC and Ellis Lawhorne & Sims, P.A. in Columbia, SC. He also gained valuable experience as a law clerk for The Honorable Paul E. Short, Jr. at the South Carolina Court of Appeals. Mr. Good's primary areas of practice include civil defense litigation, real estate litigation and transactions, and criminal defense litigation. Mr. Good is also a part of the firm's governmental affairs group, the Talon Group of South Carolina which is currently reforming our nation's immigration procedures as they relate to our American troops. Mr. Good is a member of the American Bar Association, the SC Bar Association, the Charleston Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, First Scots Presbyterian Church, the Hibernian Society of Charleston, the Charleston Club, the BSOC, and the Young Charleston Collectors- Historic Foundation of Charleston. Mr. Good spends his free time golfing, playing tennis, enjoying the ocean, playing live music around the state, and teaching business law at Trident Technical College.
